Two non-momentous firsts for Lumi - Kaksi "ensi kokemusta" Lumille

Lumi had two 'firsts' last Friday that aren't exactly exciting, but are probably more like the first of 10000 times:

1. she was accidentally hit in the head with a toy by another baby and she burst into tears and had to be comforted by her mother
2. she put her hand on the table when we were eating and I had to move a bunch of things to clear a certain radius around her so she wouldn't put her hand in food or knock things over


Viime perjantaina oli kaksi "ensi kokemusta" jotka tulevat toistumaan:
1. toinen vauva löi vahingossa lelulla päähän, se itketti ja hän tarvitsi lohdutusta
2. hän heilutti käsiään ruokapöydässä niin että meidän piti siirtää lautaset ja haarukat kauemmas

Kävelemme - Out for a walk

As you can see, there are still patches of snow on the ground, but those are much more sparse where the sun hits. Spring is here!  That's Lumi's head in the red hat peeking out of the carrier.

Mummolassa - At Mummu's House

Home from the hospital

This is from February 6, when Lumi and I were waiting for Kimmo to bring the car around for our first trip home.  I forgot to post it then, but I love it.
